Begin To Win Systems provides coaching and consulting software designed to assist coaches, consultants, advisors, trainers, and leadership professionals.

Our platform includes features such as:

• Progress tracking
• AI-assisted analysis
• Action planning
• Accountability tools
• Reporting dashboards

Features may change as the platform evolves.

3. Coach Responsibility

Begin To Win Systems provides decision-support tools.

The platform does not replace professional coaching judgment.

Coaches remain solely responsible for:

• Client relationships
• Coaching advice
• Decisions
• Recommendations
• Information shared with clients

The Assistant Coach generates insights and recommendations for coach review. Coaches determine what is communicated to clients.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining account security
• Keeping passwords confidential
• All activity occurring under your account
• Providing accurate registration information

Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account use.

5. Subscription & Payment

Certain Services require a paid subscription.

By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay applicable fees
• Authorize recurring billing where applicable
• Maintain valid payment information

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

Prices may change with advance notice.

6. Refund Policy

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated in a separate written agreement.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, content, branding, logos, graphics, designs, workflows, assessments, and platform functionality are owned by Begin To Win Systems or its licensors.

You may not:

without written permission.

8. Client Data

Coaches retain ownership of the client information they upload.

By using the platform, you grant Begin To Win Systems permission to process that information solely for the purpose of delivering Services.

You are responsible for obtaining any required client permissions before uploading information.

9. AI-Assisted Features

Our platform uses artificial intelligence to assist with:

• Data analysis
• Coaching insights
• Strategic recommendations
• Action planning
• Progress summaries

AI-generated content is intended to support—not replace—professional judgment.

Users are responsible for reviewing and approving all recommendations before implementation.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for unlawful purposes
• Upload malicious software
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Interfere with platform security
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Submit false or misleading information
• Use the Services to harm others

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

11. Service Availability

Begin To Win Systems is committed to providing reliable access to the tools and resources that support your coaching.

To maintain and improve the platform, we periodically perform maintenance and updates that may temporarily affect access. Unexpected technical issues may also cause interruptions.

While uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed, we work to minimize disruptions and restore access promptly.

12. Third-Party Services

The platform may integrate with third-party providers including payment processors, email services, analytics providers, or AI service providers.

Use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms.

13. Coaching Support and Results Disclaimer

Begin To Win Systems provides technology, tools, and resources designed to help coaches plan, organize, and deliver effective coaching while supporting their clients’ progress.

Our platform supports the coach’s expertise and judgment. It does not replace the coach’s professional responsibilities or the client’s commitment to taking action.

While our tools are designed to support success, Begin To Win Systems does not guarantee business success, financial results, leadership improvement, coaching outcomes, or client performance.

Results vary based on the coach’s expertise, client participation, implementation of recommended actions, and circumstances beyond our control.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Begin To Win Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Begin To Win Systems, its owners, employees, affiliates, and partners from claims arising from:

• Your use of the platform
• Violation of these Terms
• Violation of applicable law
• Coaching services you provide to clients

16. Account Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals, and your access continues through the end of your current paid subscription period.

To protect our users and the platform, Begin To Win Systems may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the Services.

Because subscription fees are paid in advance, cancellation does not create any additional payment obligation. Refunds, if applicable, are governed by our refund policy.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be handled in a court of competent jurisdiction as determined by applicable law.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically.

Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
